ANFORA CERAMIC BOTTLES
Anfora's ceramic bottle production line was crafted exclusively for the demanding tequila and spirits industries, being also capable of decorating glass bottles. Everything is carried out under the same quality and design standards that have distinguished Anfora since 1920.
We are able to create a product that fulfills the physical, mechanical and rehological requirements of a most demanding alcoholic beverage market. Decal decoration and a wide range of colored lacquers are at your disposal, whether you need us to decorate part or the entire bottle. Our decoration capacity reaches 16,000 pieces per month.
We are ready to develop a product tailored just for you, one that meets and exceeds your expectations. Among the products we offer, we also have mezcal and tequila shot glasses, plates, worm-salt pots and many more. Our annual production capacity reaches 16 million ceramic bottles.
The manufacture of all our products is strictly attached to Mexican norms and satisfies all international requirements, such as the FDA’s rigorous food-grade quality standards.
Raw materials of the highest quality and the high firing temperature result in the most resistant products of the national market.
Our glazings are designed and produced to avoid filtering and germ buildup. The absorption level of our products is under 0.02%, thanks to the high-temperature vitrified glazing.
Each of our products complies with the FDA’s safety regulations, as well as with Mexico’s NOM and USA’s IAPMO.
German technicians, advanced equipment and high-quality north american slips. Netzch forge, German isostatic press, and Lippert machinery. Riedhammer kilns.
Anfora has been a great ally of Batra. Our whole product image lies on Anfora’s hability to craft our bottles.
